What data do we collect?

• Contact details you give us through our forms, WhatsApp, phone or email (name, email, phone, property address).
• Order details when you buy from our shop (name, billing and delivery address, email, phone, order history). Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
• Newsletter sign-ups (email address).
• Technical data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why do we use it, and on what legal basis?

• Answering enquiries and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Providing staging services and fulfilling orders: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Sending our newsletter: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Analytics cookies: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

How long do we keep it?
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or contract, then for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who do we share it with?
Only with service providers who help us run the business: website and shop hosting (GoDaddy), payment processing, delivery companies, email marketing and our accountants, all under data-processing agreements. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@terrasurhomes.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
