2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made through terrasurliving.com, including physical products (candles and canvas prints) and home staging services.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (IVA). Any delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Ordering
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; in that case we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, by card or the other methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery and collection
Available delivery areas, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Canvas prints are printed to order and may take longer to dispatch than stocked items; the estimated time is shown on each product page. You can also collect your order free of charge in Estepona by appointment.
7. Right of withdrawal (physical products)
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, email info@terrasurhomes.com with your order number. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to candles whose seal or packaging has been opened. It also does not apply to canvas prints made to your own specifications.
8. Staging services
After purchase, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your service. If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If you ask us to start the service within those 14 days, you will pay for any part already provided; once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours’ notice.
The Staging Consultation fee is deducted from the price of a Staging Refresh or Full Staging booked within 30 days.
Full Staging projects are subject to a separate written quote and agreement. The deposit paid online secures your date and is deducted from the final price.
9. Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund it. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights under Spanish consumer law (3 years for goods).
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any purchase, please contact us at info@terrasurhomes.com and we will do our best to resolve it. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
